Terms of Service
A plain summary of how we work. Anything specific to your booking is confirmed in writing when you accept a quote.
Quotes
Quotes are based on the information you give us about the property and its condition. If the work turns out to be significantly different when we arrive, we will tell you before continuing rather than adding charges afterwards.
Access and utilities
We need access at the agreed time, along with running water and electricity. Where these are not available, the appointment may need to be rearranged.
Changes and cancellations
Let us know as soon as you can if you need to move or cancel a booking. We will always try to accommodate changes, and we ask for the same courtesy when our own schedule has to change.
If something is not right
Tell us promptly and we will come back to put it right. We would rather fix a problem than leave a client unhappy.
Limits of cleaning
Cleaning improves surfaces but cannot repair them. Permanent staining, perished grout, pitted chrome and worn finishes will look better after a clean but will not be restored to new.
