What to expect on the day
- Building waste, offcuts and packaging removal is the builder's responsibility, not part of this clean.
- Dust settles more than once. Booking the finishing pass a day or two later gives a much better result.
- Paint on carpets, scratched glass and damaged finishes are repair jobs, not cleaning jobs — we will flag them rather than make them worse.
